OUTDOOR GROUP TRAINING

Group Personal Training lets you train in a small group of like minded local people. You get the benefits of individual attention from you personal trainer at the fraction of the cost of an individual session.

Group involvement enables clients to meet and make new friends, and to watch the health and fitness progress of others will inspire you to keep exercising toward achieving your own goals.

Sessions cater to the varying ability within the group and most importantly, your trainer will teach you correct technique to maximise your results.

 

SESSIONS OFFERED INCLUDE:

Cardio: If your goal is to lose weight or improve your health, cardio is essential for burning calories and conditioning your heart. A varied intensity workout combining individual training and group games.

Total Body: A combination class incorporating cardio vascular exercise and muscle conditioning. Free weights are used to perform a full body workout balanced with spurts of aerobic exercise.

Bootcamp: A high intensity session designed to challenge you physically and mentally. This class incorporates group interaction, as well as individual achievement.

Boxing: A great cardio and upper body workout. Beginners welcome, as you will be taught correct technique.

Toning: A challenging full body workout using free weights, to develop muscle tone and define your shape.
