Bio:
Ever since the age of 3 I've been active. With my parent's being the president and treasurer of Kings Langley Little Athletics Club I started as soon as I could walk. It didn't take long until I realised that my passion was sport and fitness. Competing/participating in every sport possible all throughout my life ranging from dancing-soccer-afl, I new I wanted a career in Health and Fitness. I love working out and keeping active so I only want to be able to help educate and offer that to other people in hope for them to see results they are wanting or to just stay fit.

I am a strong advocate for healthy living and love exercising regularly and eating well. I have always been an active person competing in many different sports and activities from a young age including netball, touch football, athletics, long distance running and soccer. Exercising is always part of my daily routine and I love empowering others to do the same. I enjoy competing in fun runs every year held all over Sydney and am always looking for new people to join me. I believe exercise shouldn’t be boring but enjoyable, challenging and rewarding.
