FIT4U GROUP CLASSES
Cardio
If your goal is to lose weight or improve your health, cardio is essential for burning calories and conditioning your heart. A varied intensity workout combining individual training and group games.
Bootcamp
A high intensity session designed to challenge you physically and mentally. This class incorporates group interaction, as well as individual achievement.
Total Body
A combination class incorporating cardio vascular exercise and muscle conditioning. Free weights are used to perform a full body workout balanced with spurts of aerobic exercise.
Boxing
A great cardio and upper body workout. Beginners welcome, as you will be taught correct technique.
Toning
A challenging full body workout using free weights, to develop muscle tone and define your shape.

I’m not the fittest (or youngest) member of this welcoming, friendly group, but Shane manages to challenge everyone to their individual limits and no-one gets left behind.
