Fun, Friendly and Affordable Group Training and Personal Training in the Hills District of Sydney, Australia.

Cardio

If your goal is to lose weight or improve your health, cardio is essential for burning calories and conditioning your heart. A varied intensity workout combining individual training and group games.

Bootcamp

A high intensity session designed to challenge you physically and mentally. This class incorporates group interaction, as well as individual achievement.

Total Body

A combination class incorporating cardio vascular exercise and muscle conditioning. Free weights are used to perform a full body workout balanced with spurts of aerobic exercise.

Boxing

A great cardio and upper body workout. Beginners welcome, as you will be taught correct technique.

Toning

A challenging full body workout using free weights, to develop muscle tone and define your shape.

Venues

Fit4U has a licence agreement with The Hills Shire Council, providing access to oval lighting at night and public toilets . In the event of wet weather, training will be held at a nearby indoor venues or online via Zoom.
